Business Process Analysts are graduates of Bachelor’s Degree in any business or management engineering course. They possess certifications e.g. Lean Six Sigma, ISO. One (1) or two (2) years of work experience in business process management is preferred.

1. Knowledge and use of continuous process improvement methodologies and tools (i.e. Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen)
2. Proficient in MS Visio, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Project
3. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks and work independently
4. Strong ability to lean new technical applications quickly
5. Attention to detail, with excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, and personal organization skills
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
7. Consulting and stakeholder management skills

The tuition fee in private colleges and universities for a course in Statistics/Economics/Banking/Finance and Business studies range from P30,000 – P75,000 per semester while public colleges and universities offer courses free of tuition.
