Collection Investigators are graduates of Bachelor’s/ College Degree in any field. At least 1-4 years of working experience in credit investigation and accounts receivable is preferred.

The tuition fee in private colleges and universities for a Bachelor’s degree ranges from P20,000-P30,000 per semester while public colleges and universities offer courses free of tuition.

• Banking and Finance

Collection Investigators may gain experience to become loan collections or mortgage loan collections specialists and can be promoted to more advanced positions and eventually become supervisors and managers. Their skills can also be harnessed to be customer service representatives or call center agents.
