Customer Service Representatives posses at least a Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/ College Degree in any field. At least 6 months of working experience in the related field is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong familiarity with the internet and MS Office applications;
- Knowledge in GDS such as Apollo, Sabre, and Worldspan and other systems is a plus

High School Education is free in the public school. A Finishing Course for Call Center Agents (TESDA NCII) costs P4,000 – P7,000.
