A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology and other related field is required.

A bachelor’s degree in applicable disciplines, such as computer science, information technology, or human factors/usability, to work as user interface designers. A strong background in full lifecycle management will be beneficial. Individuals in this field can choose to further their skills by joining an organization like the User Experience Professionals Association (UXPA).
To work as a Full Stack Engineer, a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science would be very advantageous with strong background on programming and software development. While a diploma on Information Technology (Back End Web Development/Front End Web Development will also be very helpful. A work experience with both back-end and front-end development is highly recommended in order to become a full stack engineer.

Technical Skills: Knowledge on user experience, designing systems, front-end knowledge – languages and framework (JavaScript, Java, Python, C# etc.) system testing, java scripts, accessibility, APIs, database management, cybersecurity, system deployment, and webhosting.

Soft skills: Critical Thinking, Creativity, Strategic Planning, Analytical skills, Problem solving skills – deductive and inductive reason
