A total of 138 PESO managers and personnel received certification in Public Employment Service (PES) National Certificate IV (NC IV). The certification is part of the Department of Labor and Employment’s (DOLE) efforts in professionalizing the

Public Employment Service Office (PESO) Managers nationwide and in aligning with the institutionalization of PESOs as a criterion to comply under the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Memorandum Circular No. 086-2023, also known as the 2023 Seal of Good Local Governance: Pagkilala sa Katapatan at Kahusayan ng Pamahalaang Lokal.
